This innovative tool boasts advanced diagnostic functionalities that deliver vital information, including signal monitors, run trending data, equipment usage history, and event history. By integrating this technology into your overhead crane or hoist, you can actively oversee and schedule maintenance to ensure preparedness with the essential parts and support when required. In the event of an unexpected system breakdown, Intelli-Connect™ Mobile can effectively decrease your mean time to recover (MTTR). Users gain instantaneous access to user manuals via the app, enabling easy reference to system setup and corrective actions for prompt equipment restoration.

With Intelli-Connect™ Mobile, users can effortlessly monitor and troubleshoot a Magnetek variable frequency drive (VFD) directly from the plant floor. This wireless system links with crane equipment positioned 20 to 100 feet in the air, providing a safe and rapid overview of your system's operations without the need for downtime or physically connecting to the drive, thus eliminating potential hazards.
